Creamy & supersoft marshmallows

Skinny frothy hot chocolate

Makes 1 cup

Ingredients;

approx. 200ml skinny milk
coffee or drinking chocolate to taste
sugar, to taste
3-4 Rochelle Drinking Mallows
extra drinking chocolate, for sprinkling

Directions –Two-thirds fill a cup with skinny milk and heat in the microwave on high for 2 minutes. Pour the hot milk into blender, add coffee or drinking chocolate and sugar (if desired). Blend on high until frothy, return mixture to cup, place in microwave and reheat on high for 45 seconds or until liquid rises 1cm above the rim of the cup.

Top with ROCHELLE Drinking mallows, dust with drinking chocolate and serve.
